METAS I/O Bits

METAS I/O bits is a very simple, effective and powerful tool set to build simple control circuits. These simple control circuits can replicate many real world automation scenario and toy interactions use cases like car park vacancy indication light, walking dino, remote control cars or even a smart house. Basically all I/O bits circuits consist of 3 parts, namely the green output (Actuator), the pink input (Sensors) and the green-and-pink processing unit. Most of the time there are only 2 or 3 modules within one circuit, but it is also possible to build circuits with more modules for more advanced modules like forks, latch or other comparison logic.

 

All input and output modules can be used directly with Metas Arduino, Metas NodeOne ESP8266 Wifi module or Metas PCDunio as input or output modules. Ready to use online programming environment and simple tutorials can be found under the Metas e-learning portal of Metas Lab (http://www.metaslab.com). Offline version of the programming environment can be downloaded here. IOS and Android phone and tablet version of the program can be found from the Apple App store and Google Play store. Currently, there are more than 20 different inputs sensors, 10 different output actuators, 8 simple logic processors and 3 programmable microprocessors units, 2 remote control units that are available for purchase. There are two remote control apps for both Android and IOS platform for easy wifi control of the Metas NodeOne ESP8266 wifi module.
